Instructions:
- Boil Water : Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a kettle or saucepan.
- Brew Tea : Place the Earl Grey tea bag or loose leaf tea in a cup or teapot. Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for about 3-5 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
- Heat Milk : While the tea is steeping, heat 1 cup of milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Alternatively, you can heat the milk in a microwave.
- Froth Milk : Once the milk is hot, use a milk frother, whisk, or blender to froth it until it becomes creamy and has some foam.
- Combine : Add lemon twists and lavender sprigs for decoration.
- Sweeten and Flavor (Optional) : Stir in your choice of sweetener and vanilla extract, if desired.
- Serve : Enjoy your Earl Grey tea latte warm.
